other-line haiku sequence

mountain
from work each evening
i return to the mountain
: opening with breastsalone in a midnight cave
alive in a hillside yawnyou enter my dream
plunge yourself long and deeply
through the wet dark moonsing an echo of music:
a poem on my inner wallsin middle darkness
i wash you in cave odor
rub earth in your soulas i stretch again to touch
you and the dream disappearalone in dawn haze
i rise to meld soul and soil
with night dream moisturethe mountain pushes me out
leaves scatter at the entrance
